"A novel about the life of team member Mie Kanameda"

Co-creation challenge

By learning the MIROSS theory and gaining a bird's-eye view of things, we have been able to accept all kinds of situations and emotions that surround us.
Through personal experience we know that many problems, including abuse, occur because there is an underlying mechanism, and that anyone can resolve their problems if they understand that mechanism.
The transformation of our lives is rooted in this theory of MIROSS.

Currently, Team NOAH is holding a nationwide event called "MIROSS x 189 Project ~ Future of Zero Bullying and Abuse ~" 

This is one of the many projects entered into the "Co-Creation Challenge" at the 2025 Osaka Kansai Expo.

The co-creation challenge is an initiative to take action towards realizing the theme of this Expo,
"Designing Future Society for Our Lives." We are participating as one of the co-creative members of the
"MIROSS x 189 Project".

By learning the MIROSS theory and gaining a bird's-eye view on the world, we have gained the ability to accept all kinds of situations and emotions that surround us. We have learned that many problems,
including abuse, occur because of certain mechanisms and that anyone can work to resolve their problems if they understand those mechanisms. 

The transformation of our lives is rooted in this theory of MIROSS.

◆Overview of the MIROSS×189 Project◆

This project is based on a movie called “189” which revolves around the theme of abuse. Inspired by the movie and with a common goal to create an abuse free society, we have set up an event with a movie screening of “189” and a course that helps us better understand abuse. This event is available nationwide for anyone to view up until the Expo.


What is the movie "189"?

“189” is a movie that depicts the current social situation of abuse and was made with the hope that it would give people an opportunity to think about abuse as a social issue. The movie also helps to spread awareness to the child consultation abuse response dial which is represented by the number in the title “189”. Due to this impact, the movie has even been approved and promoted by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.


What is MIROSS?

MIROSS is what we call a new way of self-management that our team has been able to learn by taking a different approach on abuse. 

In this course, we explore how we can use the MIROSS approach to understand why bullying and abuse occur and give real life examples of how MIROSS was able to resolve some of these issues. The MIROSS approach has been patented in countries such as the U.S. and China as a "method for balancing the mind".
